Fuel Services / Hours:

Service Hours: 06:45 to 20:00 (local time) 365 days a year.  Calls are received up to 19:00 hrs to attend services at the hangar and until 19:30 hrs at ramp.

Type of aviation fuels: Jet A-1 and AVGAS at fuel station at ramp or by refueler truck service.

Payment: PDVSA accepts: PDVSA prepaid card and “fuel brokers” cards:

JDO, JBP Marketing, Largent Fuels, Uvair.

Request for fuel at Ramp:

Our supervisor on duty will register your phone order and you will be requested to inform the hangar number, customer name and registration of the aircraft.

Your request will be recorded and the order placed in the queue.

If the pilot, owner and / or operator of the aircraft is not present in the hangar at the time of the order of service, automatically loses his turn and goes into last place on the list.

Form of Payments:

• Cash sale for Venezuelan registered airplanes only through point of sale. (Authorized in the client list in registration process as a PDVSA customer PDVSA).

• Cash Sale to non Venezuelan registered airplanes is paid in USD cash

• Sale to non Venezuelan registered airplanes in bolivars cash, Only when customer is authorized by a sales or account  executive and for a test flight.

Important note: every aviation customer associated with PDVSA, has an account executive who shall guide him in case of a fuel supply problem (suspension). Applies also to existing brokers.

• No smoking

• Do not use cell phones while fuel is supplied. If you need to use it, leave the site, be at least 25 meters away (75 feet)

• Fuel supply prohibited when  raining or under thunderstorms.

• Refueling can only be performed by PDVSA personnel.

• Refueling prohibited with crew or pax onboard.

• After being refueled at the ramp, Pilots should move the aircraft immediately to allow the service to next aircraft.
